LIGHT FIXTURES & STATIONARY/PERMANENT LIGHT TRAPS
 A flexible mounting system for use with a permanent/stationary trap or an enclosure to collect live material. A mounting kit that will fit most portable light traps that use a 5 or 3 ½ gallon pail as an enclosure. We also offer this design as a mounting unit only to convert existing traps, or as an option on new light trap orders.
The Light Fixture can be used with walk-in type enclosures, Robinson Style Trap Enclosures, and with freezers and refrigerators. The only requirement is the top of the trap must be a minimum of 18 inches square.
Fixtures are available in fluorescent, Mercury Vapor and a combination of both UV and MV. Flourescent fixtures are available in 18 inch, Rigid Stainless Steel, Rigid Plexiglass and Rigid Aluminum vane assemblies with 15-Watt and 32-Watt bulbs and 24 inch, Rigid Stainless Steel or Rigid Aluminum vane assemblies with 40- Watt bulbs. All vane assemblies for use with or as a fixture are wired 12 VDC/110 VAC.
Mercury Vapor are available in Rigid Stainless Steel only and in 175 Watt with a ballast and 160 Watt and 250 Watt Self Ballasted. Mercury Vapor bulbs are all 120 VAC.
The mounting kit is included with each Light Fixture and contains complete instructions for installation, a flat pattern for cutting out the hole for the mounting adapter ring, and all the hardware necessary to mount the fixture. Two types of Mounting Kits are available, a flexible mount with springs and a permanent mount with turnbuckles. Mounting kits are also available as a separate item.

CUSTOM LIGHT FIXTURES AND ENCLOSURE
We also design and manufacture custom light fixtures with UV and MV bulbs. We also design and build the screen enclosure. Provide the size and type of enclosure you would like (wood, metal, doors, etc.), and we will quote you the unit delivered and ready to assemble. All custom work is warranted for one full year for materials and defects. Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund.

LIGHT FIXTURE MOUNTING KIT
Fixture mounting kits can be ordered separately and consists of an Adapter Ring, Lid with Foam Seal, Four Mounting Brackets, all necessary hardware, and a Flat Pattern for cutting mounting adapter ring hole and mounting bracket hole locations.
Please contact us prior to ordering a light fixture or a mounting kit. We have produced and installed numerous light fixtures which enables us to help you to choose the correct installation.
